1. Beta Access

RunwayBot is currently in beta and available by invitation only. Beta access is provided free of charge and may be revoked at any time. Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice during the beta period.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Content posted and actions taken through your account

The following activities are prohibited: abuse of the service, illegal activity, and automated bot registrations.

3. Account Termination

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all content becomes immediately inaccessible and no backups are provided. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. As a beta product, features may change significantly as we develop the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials you upload to RunwayBot remain your property. However, we retain copyright over our interface design, branding, and platform technology. Copying or reusing our intellectual property without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

RunwayBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. The insights and recommendations provided by RunwayBot are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for financial decisions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
