These Terms of Service govern your use of RunwayBot AI, operated by Tiny Bot Labs Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. Service Tiers

RunwayBot offers the following pricing tiers:

  • Launch: 1 user, 1 data source, 50 requests/month
  • Growth: Per-user pricing, 5 data sources, 250 requests/month
  • Scale: Per-user with volume discounts, 50 data sources, 500 requests/month
  • Enterprise: Custom terms for 100+ users

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Content posted and actions taken through your account

The following activities are prohibited: abuse of the service, illegal activity, and automated bot registrations.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 7-day free trial is available and requires credit card information
  • No charges are made during the trial period
  • After the trial, billing commences monthly
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of signup

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section in your account settings. No email confirmation is required. Upon account deletion, all content becomes immediately inaccessible and no backups are provided.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Existing customers may be exempted from price increases at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Materials you upload to RunwayBot remain your property. However, we retain copyright over our interface design, branding, and platform technology. Copying or reusing our intellectual property without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

RunwayBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. By using RunwayBot, you acknowledge that you are making a bet on us and accept the associated risks.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
